If you change your mind

You have 14 days from receiving your piece to let me know that you would like to return it. Please send it back unused, in its original packaging, within a further 14 days for a full refund.

Return postage is at the buyer's cost unless the piece is faulty. Please use a tracked service when sending your return — handmade pieces are one of a kind, and tracked postage protects us both.

Faulty or damaged pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, or develops a fault, please contact me at hello@callunamossmr.com within 30 days and I will repair, replace or refund it.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made just for you and can only be returned if they are faulty.

Keeping your piece beautiful

Every piece carries its own care instructions with the "NOT FOR CHILDREN" note — please read these when your parcel arrives. As a general guide: keep copper and brass dry, remove jewellery before swimming or bathing, and store pieces somewhere cool and shaded. Wool rattles prefer a gentle spot away from damp.
